Businesses are scaling up their investments

Organisations in Asia Pacific are increasing investments in emerging technologies (45%), improving cybersecurity (43%), and increasing the pace of digital innovation projects (41%).

Data and analytics technologies gains traction

When it comes to information and communication (ICT) spending, 57% of APAC leaders plan to invest in technologies that can better measure productivity across a hybrid work environment and then optimise their operations accordingly.

Hybrid work is gaining momentum

Over 85% of organisations are promoting hybrid work arrangements, and 70% of organisations already have a strategy in place to identify and deploy technology and tools to facilitate both office-based and remote work.

Productivity and economic benefits

Enabling remote work is a definite win for both employers and employees as it opens opportunities for new talent from anywhere. In fact, 7 in 10 organisations are now recruiting talent from all locations and allowing hybrid work arrangements.
